Installation is scheduled following delivery and may occur on a separate day depending on location and installer availability, typically within 3-10 business days.

White Glove Installation – Stair Carry / Upper or Lower Levels (Upgrade Required):

For homes requiring delivery to a second floor, basement, or any location involving stairs, a stair carry upgrade is required. This service ensures safe transport and professional installation beyond ground level.

• In-home delivery to rooms located above or below ground level
• Stair carry service performed by trained installation professionals
• Full assembly, professional installation, and precision leveling
• Final placement and complete packaging removal

Additional Considerations:

• Stair carries are subject to feasibility based on stair width, turns, ceiling clearance, and overall accessibility
• Additional fees may apply depending on complexity and delivery conditions
• If access is deemed unsafe or not feasible, alternative placement may be required

Free standard freight shipping with curbside delivery and liftgate service is included. No hidden fees at checkout. We ship across the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

In stock items are processed within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery window is typically within 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days). Transit times may vary depending on location and carrier scheduling. Tracking details and an estimated delivery date will be provided by email after your order is processed.

What to Expect After Your Order Ships

• Your order will arrive at a local freight terminal
• The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
• Delivery will occur during the scheduled appointment window
• Please inspect the shipment carefully for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there is no visible damage at time of delivery, note “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt.

Important: Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours for all LTL shipments.

Preparing for Delivery

Before placing your order, please ensure the following:

• The product will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators
• The installation area is accessible for the delivery team, if applicable
• The room is properly prepared for installation, if applicable

Game Room Lab is not responsible for delivery issues related to space limitations or access restrictions at the delivery location.

Due to the size and freight nature of Plank & Hide Co’s products, returns are not accepted once shipped unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We encourage reviewing all product details and delivery requirements prior to completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations: Orders cancelled after preparation for shipment are subject to tear down costs and a 25% restocking fee. If an order has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for return freight charges, any original outbound shipping costs incurred, and a 25% restocking fee.

Orders placed for items that are not immediately available for shipment are subject to the same cancellation terms once availability and fulfillment timelines are confirmed with the supplier.

Limited Warranty
Plank & Hide Co. (P&H) guarantees their products for quality in materials and workmanship.  Please read all the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty. Your warranty becomes effective upon purchase; you must be the original owner or purchaser and must show proof of purchase to qualify. Unless expressly stated otherwise herein, this Limited Warranty is made to the original owner or purchaser only, is not transferable and only applies to residential use.   

Billiard & Shuffleboard Tables – Industrial, Vintage & Classic Series – Limited Lifetime Warranty  
Industrial, Vintage, and Classic Series billiard table cabinets, legs, interior bracing, rails, and blinds are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the table is owned by the original owner. P&H will, at its discretion, repair, refinish or replace the billiard table with the same or similar product if discontinued, freight excluded. Industrial, Vintage, and Classic Series shuffleboard playfields and cabinets are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the table is owned by the original owner.  The polymer surface on the shuffleboard playfield falls under normal wear and tear. If properly maintained, the polymer surface can last a lifetime without having to be refinished or resurfaced.

P&H will, at its discretion, repair, refinish or replace the shuffleboard table and/or playfield with the same or similar product if discontinued, freight excluded. Paint finishes are warranted against peeling, cracking, and blistering for two (2) years provided the items have not been scratched or abraded. Damage from normal wear and tear is not covered. P&H will, at its discretion, repair, refinish or replace any damaged parts with the same or similar product if discontinued. Due to the unique nature of the hand-applied and steel finishes, the color of a replacement item(s) may not match exactly. 

Indoor Furniture – Three (3) Year Limited Warranty
Indoor furniture is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the original purchase date as long as the item is owned by the original owner. Any electrical components contained within furniture are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date.  P&H will, at its discretion, repair, refinish or replace furniture with the same or similar product if discontinued, freight excluded. Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes, the color of a replacement item(s) may not match exactly.

Indoor upholstery is P&H warranted for a period of one (1) year against color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.  These warranties do not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including shipping, labor, and installation. P&H liability is expressly limited to this warranty. P&H reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim. Proof of purchase will be required.  

Dining Conversion Table Tops – Three (3) Year Limited Warranty
Wood dining conversion table tops are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original purchase date as long as the item is owned by the original owner. P&H will, at its discretion, repair, refinish or replace the dining conversion table top with the same or similar product if discontinued, freight excluded.  Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes, the color of a replacement item(s) may not match exactly.

Table Tennis Conversion Top – One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Table tennis conversion tops are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date as long as the item is owned by the original owner.  P&H will, at its discretion, repair, refinish or replace table tennis conversion top with the same or similar product if discontinued, freight excluded.

Accessory Items – One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Accessory items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date as long as the item is owned by the original owner.  P&H will, at its discretion, repair or replace items with the same or similar product if discontinued, freight excluded. 

Billiard Balls and Shuffleboard Pucks – Limited Lifetime Warranty
Billiard balls and shuffleboard pucks are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the balls/pucks are owned by the original owner.  P&H will, at its discretion, repair or replace items with the same or similar product if discontinued, freight excluded.

Cues – One (1) Year Limited Warranty
P&H ash cues are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date as long as the cue is owned by the original owner.  Maple cues are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the original purchase date as long as the cue is owned by the original owner. P&H will, at its discretion, repair or replace items with the same or similar product if discontinued, freight excluded.

Additional Terms and Conditions
P&H will, at its discretion, repair, refinish, replace, or refund the cost of any and all products and/or parts determined by P&H to be defective, either in material or workmanship, with no charge to the original owner, freight, labor and special handling excluded. Warranty Exclusions 
This Limited Warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below.  In no case shall P&H be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages for breach of the Limited Warranty or any other implied warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.  Warranty coverage, terms, and provisions are applicable to the original owner or purchaser and US and Canadian residents only. P&H, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the terms of this Limited Warranty at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:

1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Defects or damage due to/ caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, alteration, flood, fire, earthquake, natural disaster or other natural calamity, accident, dropping, abnormal playing conditions, improper installation/assembly (including use of impact tools), or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
3. Demonstration units, floor samples, scratch and dent models, clearance items, pre-owned products, and non-commercial tables used in an institutional or commercial setting or for any other non-residential purpose.
4. Leveling of the pool table post installation.
5. Subsequent purchasers, this warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
6. Cloth, pockets, cushion rubber, hardware against corrosion/rust, and plastic parts (unless proven defective, in which case P&H shall provide a replacement to owner, the installation of which shall be the responsibility of owner).
7. Yellowing and chipping of billiard balls.
8. Tables, furniture, product, and/or components that have been installed or repaired by parties other than an authorized P&H dealer or agent.
9. Damages exceeding the cost of the table, furniture, or product.
10. Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement.
11. Freight, labor and special handling expenses.  

Warranty Claims
P&H makes no warranty, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) other than those expressly set out in this Limited Warranty. No action arising out of any claimed breach of warranty may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued. 

All warranty claims must be submitted with a dated register receipt within the warranty period (and dealer PO#), pictures of the defect/damage, and completed Plank & Hide RMA form. If an item that is to be replaced is unavailable, P&H reserves the right to substitute items of its choice similar in style, color and quality. For quality control purposes and verification, we reserve the right to request additional information and photographs of the damaged item(s).
