Due to the size, weight, and freight-shipping nature of many items, our shipping and delivery process differs from standard parcel-shipped ecommerce.

Orders are processed after payment is received and inventory is confirmed with the manufacturer. All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation.
- In stock items are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after inventory is confirmed.
- Processing times may vary depending on product availability, lead times, and order volume.
- You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is prepared and scheduled for shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
3. Availability, Backorders and Pre-Orders
Some items may be temporarily out of stock or available for backorder or pre-order. Orders may be placed to reserve inventory. If you place an order for such an item, we will follow up to confirm availability, estimated timelines, and next steps before finalizing fulfillment.

4. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
Shipping and delivery timelines vary by product, manufacturer, and delivery location. As a general guide:
- Most orders, including freight-shipped items (such as game tables), typically deliver within 1-2 weeks (5 to 10 business days), depending on the manufacturer and your location.
- More specific estimated timeframes may be provided on the product page. If not listed, timelines will be confirmed after order placement.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, carrier scheduling, weather, or other factors beyond our control, including those caused by third parties. Game Room Lab is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
5. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via:
- Freight carriers (LTL) for oversized or heavy items.
- Parcel carriers (such as FedEx or UPS) for smaller items.
The shipping method is determined based on the product ordered.
6. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different locations. If your order will arrive in separate shipments, we will notify you and provide tracking details for each shipment.
7. Freight Delivery Overview
Freight deliveries require scheduling and differ from standard parcel delivery. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
Standard freight delivery is curbside with liftgate service where applicable. This means the carrier delivers to the nearest accessible location outside your home. You are responsible for:
- Bringing the item inside.
- Placement within the home.
- Unpacking and debris removal.
White glove installation and professional installation services (including room of choice placement and professional assembly) may be available for select products. Where available, this will be noted on the product page.
An adult must be present at the time of delivery to receive, inspect, and sign for the shipment.
8. Inspection and Delivery Requirements
You must inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and follow these steps:
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- If there is no visible damage, note “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt.
- Report any concealed damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to follow these steps may limit our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.
Once a delivery has been completed and signed for, the shipment is considered accepted. Issues not noted at delivery or reported within the required timeframe may not be eligible for claim or resolution. Shipments are typically insured for loss or damage in transit. We will assist in coordinating any claim with the carrier or manufacturer.
9. Shipping Coverage and Costs
Free shipping is offered on all products within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise specified on the product page. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.
10. Additional Delivery Fees
Additional charges may apply in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Remote or rural delivery locations.
- Limited access delivery locations.

- Missed or rescheduled delivery appointments.

11. Missed Deliveries and Storage Fees
If a scheduled delivery is missed or requires rescheduling, redelivery or storage charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
12. Delivery Access Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that purchased items will fit through all necessary access points, including doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators, and that delivery conditions are suitable for safe and successful delivery. Issues related to access limitations or site conditions are not considered valid grounds for refusal, return, or refund. Game Room Lab is not responsible for delivery failures due to access limitations or any resulting additional costs.
13. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Game Room Lab is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
14. Delivery Issues and Missing Items
If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or you are experiencing a delivery-related issue:
- Confirm your shipping address.
- Check with neighbors or building management if applicable.
- Contact us at support@gameroomlab.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist in coordinating a carrier trace or investigation.
Missing Items
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If an item appears to be missing:

- We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier or manufacturer as appropriate.
15. Professional Installation
Installation services may be included, optional, or coordinated separately depending on the product. Installation services are provided by third-party professionals and are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Where installation is applicable, scheduling typically takes place within 3 to 10 business days after delivery in most cases, depending on installer availability and customer location. Same-day installation may be possible in limited circumstances but is not guaranteed.
