In stock items are processed within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery window is typically within 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days). Transit times may vary depending on location and carrier scheduling. Tracking details and an estimated delivery date will be provided by email after your order is processed. 

Shipping Method:
Most products ship via freight carriers due to size and weight. Smaller items may ship via standard parcel carriers such as FedEx or UPS. LTL freight deliveries include a scheduled delivery appointment and residential curbside or driveway delivery with liftgate service when required. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

What to Expect After Your Order Ships:

• Your order will arrive at a local freight terminal
• The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
• Delivery will occur during the scheduled appointment window
• Please inspect the shipment carefully for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there is no visible damage at time of delivery, note “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt.

Important: Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours for all LTL shipments.

Preparing for Delivery:

Before placing your order, please ensure the following:

• The product will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators
• The installation area is accessible for the delivery team, if applicable
• The room is properly prepared for installation, if applicable

Game Room Lab is not responsible for delivery issues related to space limitations or access restrictions at the delivery location.

Buyer’s remorse: If a product has been ordered and arrives in excellent working condition, and a return is only requested due to personal preference, the following two options apply for all RAM Game Room products within 7 days of the delivery date:

Option #1:
We can arrange for call tags and coordinate pickup of the product. Once the item is returned to the manufacturer’s warehouse in good working order and in its original packaging, a refund can be issued for the item, less a 25% restocking fee and the cost of original outbound shipping.

Option #2:
You may make the necessary arrangements to ship the product back to the manufacturer’s warehouse. Once the item is returned in good working order and in its original packaging, a refund can be issued for the item, less a 25% restocking fee and the cost of original outbound shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellations : If an order is cancelled after it has been approved for shipment, you will be responsible for the cost to tear down and a 25% restocking fee per item. If an order is cancelled while in transit,  you will be charged for outbound shipping costs incurred, return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee per item.

Product Damages : Unfortunately, from time-to-time damages occur in the shipping process that are out of our control. Anytime damages occur during shipping please notify our customer service team within 24 hours so we can handle the issue as quickly as possible.

LTL (Pallet) Shipment Damage: You have 24 hours from the delivery of this pallet(s) to notify us about any concealed damages to the product(s). Should you notify us later than this 24 hour period, your claim for a replacement will be denied. All LTL shipments should be signed with the note "Subject to Inspection." If an instance of visible damage has occurred, either refuse the shipment, or note the damage on the delivery receipt, and keep the pallet(s) in its entirety until we advise that it is safe to dispose of.

Courier Shipment Damage: You have 21 days from the delivery of your order to notify us of any damage to the product(s). Should you notify us later than this 21-day period, your claim for a replacement will be denied. If an instance of damage has occurred, please keep the package(s) in its entirety  (including boxes and materials) until we advise that it is safe to dispose of. We will also require images of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim.

All RAM Game Room branded merchandise comes with a one-year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. RAM Game Room reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim prior to the warranty being honored.
