As outlined in the Shipping & Delivery tab, Professional Installation is available with the White Glove Delivery + Professional Installation service. This service includes product assembly, installation, final placement, and setup in accordance with manufacturer requirements.

Installation scheduling begins once delivery is confirmed and is typically completed within 48 hours of delivery, depending on location, technician availability, and product complexity.

To ensure your installation can be completed as scheduled:

• Keep the product and all components in the room where they were delivered and staged. Do not move or reposition the product before installation.
• Ensure the installation area is clear, level, and ready for assembly.
• Ensure all cartons, hardware, accessories, and components are available for the installer.
• A working electrical outlet must be available within the manufacturer required distance, if applicable.
• Someone at least 16 years old must be present throughout the installation appointment.

Professional installation does not include: moving existing furniture, games, appliances, or personal property; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or other licensed trade work; or modifications to the home or installation area.

Free standard freight shipping with curbside delivery and liftgate service is included. No hidden fees at checkout. We ship across the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

This product is built to order with a production lead time of 6-8 weeks. Delivery is typically within 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days) after shipment. Transit times may vary depending on location and carrier scheduling. Tracking details and an estimated delivery date will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Optional Delivery Service Upgrades:

• Room of Choice: In-home placement in your selected room; product remains packaged.
• White Glove Delivery: Room of Choice, plus unpacking and debris removal.
• White Glove Delivery + Professional Installation: White Glove Delivery, plus professional assembly and installation. See the Installation tab for details.

All upgraded delivery services include stair carry up to the second floor or down to a basement. Additional floors may incur an additional fee.

What to Expect After Your Order Ships:

For standard curbside delivery:

• Your shipment will arrive at the carrier’s local terminal.
• The carrier will generally contact you within approximately 72 hours of arrival to schedule delivery.
• You will typically be offered a morning or afternoon delivery window.
• Standard curbside delivery does not include inside placement, unpacking, assembly, installation, or packaging removal.

For upgraded delivery services (Room of Choice, White Glove Delivery, or White Glove Delivery + Professional Installation):

• Your shipment will arrive at the local delivery hub.
• A delivery representative will generally contact you within 24 hours of arrival to schedule an available delivery date.
• The evening before delivery, you will receive a call or text confirming your delivery window.
• Someone at least 16 years old must be present to receive the order.

Preparing for Delivery:

Before your scheduled delivery, please ensure:

• The product will fit through all doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, and other access points.
• The delivery path and final placement area are clear of furniture, décor, and other obstructions.
• Any required gate access, parking arrangements, loading dock access, elevator reservations, or property management requirements are arranged in advance.
• The final placement area is level, structurally suitable, and able to support the completed product weight.
• An appropriate working electrical outlet is available within the manufacturer-required distance, if applicable.
• Someone at least 16 years old is present throughout the delivery appointment.

Additional logistics fees may apply for circumstances including:

• Delivery above the second floor or additional stair levels
• Extended carry distances or restricted access
• Special equipment or additional personnel
• Additional onsite time due to site or access conditions
• Redelivery due to customer unavailability or site conditions
• Other unusual delivery requirements

Any unusual access conditions should be disclosed prior to scheduling so the appropriate service and any applicable additional fees can be determined. The customer is responsible for any additional logistics fees incurred.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting:

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

• Note any visible damage to the product or packaging on the delivery receipt and take photos before the delivery team leaves.
• If there is no visible damage, note “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt.
• If the product has significant or structural damage, refuse the shipment and document the reason for refusal on the delivery receipt.
• Concealed damage must be reported to Game Room Lab within 24 hours of delivery.
• Keep the product and all original packaging, and photograph the packaging, shipping labels, damaged area, and overall product.
• Do not assemble, use, relocate, or dispose of the product or packaging until you receive further instructions.

Returns are not accepted once shipped unless the item arrives defective.

We encourage reviewing all product details and delivery requirements prior to completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations: Orders cancelled before preparation for shipment are eligible for a refund, minus a 3% payment processing fee. If an order has already shipped, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

Orders placed for items that are not immediately available for shipment are subject to the same cancellation terms once availability and fulfillment timelines are confirmed with the supplier.

1 year limited warranty covers all factory manufacturing defects and structural component failures.

Coverage strictly excludes normal wear and tear, misuse and abuse, liquid spills, environmental damage, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, and unapproved parts or accessories.
