Please be advised, returns and exchanges are not accepted for any non-quality related reasons under any circumstances.

If the original product has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, Dangbei will provide a new replacement product. In such cases, Dangbei will bear the shipping costs.

Order Cancellations : Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated under any circumstances. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order.

Dangbei warrants its products to be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period of one year.

Return & Exchange Requirements:

For any quality-related issues experienced during the warranty period, Dangbei provides warranty service through its RMA program.

To process your warranty return or replacement exchange request, customers may request RMA service through either of the following methods and the Dangbei support team will follow up directly.

1. Email the Dangbei RMA team at support@dangbei.com
2. Submit an RMA service request form at this link https://www.dangbei.com/product/service-support

The following information is required to provide:

• Product serial number (located on the bottom of the unit)
• Proof of purchase including purchasing platform and date
• Detailed description of the issue

Once the issue is confirmed as a quality-related defect, Dangbei will guide the customer through the return process. Dangbei will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for approved warranty claims.

Returned items must include all accessories and original packaging. Returned items must be shipped to the designated Dangbei shipping address. 

Dangbei reserves the right to reject warranty claims that do not meet these requirements.

Following an inspection, Dangbei will provide a replacement product or warranty service in accordance with their warranty policy.

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Defects or damage resulting from improper use or maintenance, commercial use, normal wear and tear, accidents or external causes.
• Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of the product.
• Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior casing, lens, buttons, and other attachments.
• Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to rust or stains.
• Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
• Product failures caused by any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
• Products or parts with altered or removed identification labels.
• Product damage due to fire, floods, lightning, or other forms of Force Majeure.
• Lost or stolen products.
• Any other circumstance in which repair would be contradictory or not in compliance with good business practice.
